Wet Leaf Warning!

Be careful out there. As the weather get colder the chances to scoot are few and far between, so when a nice day like today comes along, the urge to scoot is hard to resist. All of us here at The Long Island Scooter Club ask that you please temper that enthusasim with some safety. All those pretty leaves falling around are very dangerous to us riders. Not only in the corners, but all over the place, all it takes is one wet leaf under your foot to slip. Waiting at a light, filling up at the gas station, putting your kickstand down and espesially when parking. They may seem dry, but underneath an even small pile, they retain loys of slippery moisture. Look out for these little flying gremlins during this time of the year and... Scoot On...
